The Great Canadian Van lines team was exceptional. They came to our apartment on the Burlington Lakeshore and made quick, neat, professional work when emptying our apartment. They took special care in taking apart our hospital beds and ensuring all the hardware was stored in a box with a label and was included with the inventory record , so er could find them easily afterwards in Edmonton. We were in need of a good night sleep!! After some coffee and chatting, the team leader said he would drive our things WEST and meetup with us in our new home in a few days…. and there he was! Excellent work from beginning to end. We moved recently and Candace in customer service was amazing—great communication, very responsive, and truly understood our needs. Ron (lead/ truck Driver) and the moving team were on time, friendly, efficient, and professional. They packed our belongings carefully and respectfully, used a great truck, and protected our floors with clean blankets and carpets before entering. Highly recommend!

Ron B. and his team did a fantastic job at packing everything at my place (with some fragile pieces) and everything got delivered on time and without any damage to my new home. Everything went smoothly! From the moment I got the quote till everything was delivered I had no issues. They movers were friendly and efficient. I moved from one province to another and same movers that picked up dropped off my items. They were very professional and they make sure you go through the list of items picked up were the same dropped off! I highly recommend them!

Eddie and his courteous team did an excellent and efficient job getting my move loaded in the lower mainland of BC. They carefully wrapped all my furniture and handled the boxes noting those that were marked as fragile.
When they arrived Eddie and his London crew were just as friendly and efficient in bringing my goods into my new residence. They placed all of my furniture and belongings in the rooms as marked, assembled the furniture that was taken apart for the trip and left clearing up and materials that were needed for the move. I am very happy with the job they did. I found no damages to my goods that were handled in my move. I recommend Great Canadian Van Lines.
As a note: this is the 1st time out of 4 cross country moves that my weight was less than the estimate! This speaks to the integrity of the company.

Arsh and his partner moved my belongings quickly and were careful to avoid breakage. They put the frame of my bed together as well as the mattresses. And they set up my TV too! They were polite and sweet. If you are moving these gents can make the move a no stress event.

Great experience!!! Went from Quebec City to Victoria, BC and after learning that there are only 6 accredited moving companies in all of Canada it was an easy choice picking Great Canadian Van lines especially after reading the reviews about the competitor (with almost the same name, don’t be fooled). Yes i paid a little bit more to go to Great Canadian but if you read between the lines, and compare the estimates you will realize the competitors do not offer actual insurance that will cover damage ( check the reviews of the competitors and the nightmares) …. YES everything arrived on time, nothing missing, professional pickup, professional drop-off. The Driver/Chief Amar is a Gem!! Great guy, super professional, funny, and totally responsive to any questions or concerns you have. I absolutely recommend this company, and make a request for Amar if you can.
