Protecting your goods is our priority

We are in the business of moving your belongings within your Province, across the country or around the world. We believe that it is our job to protect your belongings and make sure they arrive safely to your new home.

So, what do we do differently than any other moving company or van line to help protect your goods?

You pay a fee (valuation premium) to declare a value on your goods for insurance purposes. We pay the majority of this valuation premium back to our Agent / Haulers to take extra care of your belongings. If they damage your goods, they pay a portion of this fee for your claim. If your goods are damage free, they retain 100% of this premium. 

 A simple reward formula – prevent damage earn more, cause damage earn less. This formula is proven and it works, and is the reason we have one of the lowest claim ratios in the industry.

Our Service Assurance

Damage, delays and missing items can occur during your move and if they do we will work hard to resolve your claim. Submit your claim here and our team will be in contact with you within two business days.

If your claim is for Late Delivery, a fee of up to $100/day that your shipment is late (excluding Statutory Holidays and Sundays) will be deducted from your final invoice at the time of delivery. For Damaged Item claims, we will dispatch a repair person within 4 business days who will arrange a repair or replacement of the item. We can also cash settle on the item and it is preferred that we have a receipt for the purchase.
