Our Service Assurance
We want our customers to know that damage, delays and missing items can occur during your move. Any one of these occurrences are classified as a Claim, and we want you to know that we assure our customers that we will work hard to resolve your claim. You can access a Claim Form from our website under Important Documents. Just print it off and follow the instructions for submitting your claim. Our Customer Service Department will be in contact with you within two business days to confirm that we have received your Claim Form.
If your claim is for Late Delivery, a fee of up to $100 per day for every day your shipment is late will be deducted from your final invoice at the time of delivery. Late delivery excludes Statutory Holidays and Sundays. For Damaged Item claims, we will dispatch a repair person within 4 business days of receiving your claim. They will arrange a repair and if repair is not possible, replacement of the damaged item. We can also cash settle on the item and it is preferred that we have a receipt for the purchase.
If your claim involves a missing item we will do our best to locate it but this process takes a little longer, expect up to 2 to 4 weeks. For any additional questions about the Claim process please email our Customer Service Department at customerservice@
