Picnic at the Park

The summer weather is here so you might as well enjoy it, and what better way to experience the wonderful weather than with a picnic in our beautiful parks. We have no shortages of parks in Vancouver, but these are some of our favourites. These are the 5 Best Vancouver Parks for a Picnic.

Why not have a lovely spread of food as you relax in downtown Vancouver. Coopers Park is great a lunch time picnic for those who work in Yaletown.

4. Queen Elizabeth Park

This is a very popular park for tourists and of course the locals as well, so make sure you get here early on a weekend to claim your picnic space.

3. White Rock Beach

White Rock Beach is the ideal picnic spot for Surrey residents. This is a great location as you get a wonderful view of the water and get to put your feet in some sand.

2. Deer Lake Park

If you’re looking to get a little bit outside of the city for a picnic, head to Deer Lake Park. You won’t regret it, especially when you get to walk on the many trails available here.

Of course, Stanley Park is going to be on our list, it’s only one of the most popular parks in all of Canada. Grab the family and take advantage of the great green space that is Stanley Park.
